Description:
This is Suigetsu's Stage. It's a lab-like area with large tubes all over the place.
The music will loop forever. It will play once through and then start looping near the beginning, seamlessly.

To Install:
Place "SuigetsuStage.def" and "SuigetsuStage.sff" in the "stages" folder of your mugen directory.
Place "SuigetsuStage.mp3" in your "sound" folder of your mugen directory.

[-] Reduced the scale of the stage to 1,1 from 1.5,1.145
[-] Color corrected the entire to stage to give it more contrast and depth.
[+] Added a dark, murky tint over the stage.
[o] Re-created a better looking fog effect.

[o] Removed timed shatter from the BGM and the stage itself.
